Second Annual Youth Arts Celebration

May 2nd and 3rd at the Indiana Mall the Indiana Arts Council will host a celebration of young artistic talent in the Indiana community. The event will feature visual arts, music and drama by area elementary and high school students. A stage and sound system will be set up in the middle of the mall for performances and art exhibits will line the corridors. Local artists will show ceramics, jewelry, violin-making, caricatures, and more. The tentative Saturday schedule includes:

11:00 – Sue Hewitt Dancers
12:00 – Indiana Players: Scene from Are You Being Served?
1:00 – Food as Art (ICTC)
2:00 – Indiana Senior High Jazz Ensemble
3:00 Penn’s Manor Variety Show
