Youth Arts Celebration a Success

The Indiana Arts Council wishes to thank everyone who participated in the Youth Arts Celebration on April 5th. This event was a successful pilot for what we hope will become an annual event. And much of the credit goes to the teachers who helped make it a success as well as their talented students.

The several hundred feedback forms we received from attendees indicated that most folks had a very positive impression of the event. When asked how it could be improved, many people said they wanted “more” – more bands, more exhibits, more vendors, more “hands-on” for kids, more marketing. We'll be glad to oblige. We are already planning next year's event!!
